We purchased our first property through Jackson-Stops. From start to finish they were amazing.Throughout the whole process they kept in contact with us either through email or telephone call. Keeping us up to date with updates from the seller or the solicitor. Even when we were waiting for long periods of time for information, they would keep us informed that they are doing all they can to keep the process moving.Once we completed and we went to pick up the keys, we were greeted with friendly and chatty employees who were really happy for us. They even gave us a bottle of champagne which was a really thoughtful touch. They even said if they ever needed us we could contact them which we felt reassured and felt like we had support even after completion.We will definitely go back to Jackson-Stops for future purchases.Thank you again!George and Olivia

I’ve lived in Newmarket for 4 years and the Jackson Stops Staff has been nothing short of amazing! Being Active Military you hear of the horror stories with letting agents and I have had zero issues. I deployed 3 times while here and each time Paula & Jodie stopped by my apartment, checked on it, adjusted the thermostat if needed & they checked on me as well. They really treat you like family. Even during my move out inspection I hired a bad cleaning company and they reported the company to base housing to help other service members not use them as well. They truly care & go above and beyond if I could have stayed 4 more years I would have stayed in my apartment! I’ll miss Peel House & The Jackson’s Stops Team in Newmarket. If your Active Duty & you want a smooth transition in and out I highly recommend this company! I’ve lived overseas for 10 years & i’ve never had a better experience than HERE!

Toby, Guy and Alice deserve every success. Selling houses is not easy but they really maintained positivity and creativity throughout the whole process. Unfortunately we gave them a real curveball with a tricky neighbour but they dealt with the issue and smoothed out the process to successful completion. I don't think anyone else would have been able to achieve this. They are a pleasure deal with and will go that extra mile to make things happen. Their advice was spot on from beginning to end and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleFrom my first contact with Jackson-Stop, Richmond, I received an exceptional level of professional competence and customer care in each single interaction.I found a constant and efficient guide by Veronika Zidulina, she has been able to provide any guidance we needed for renting a valued terraced house in Richmond. Veronika has always been available at all time, impeccable in any detail, from the viewing, to the contractual agreement, all the paperwork involved and arrangements in person. It is really important to have a trusted agency when moving house, I feel lucky and gratified with Jackson Stops, Richmond, and their agents.

GoogleI rented a lovely two bedroom flat through Jackson Stops and found their service to be the best of any estate agent I have ever used. There was always someone there to talk to or email and even when I locked myself out of the flat, one of their team came over to let me in. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Shocking service by this estate agent, doesn’t promote your property at all, leaves it sitting on the website for months with no contact from them whatsoever!!There’s plenty of estate agents out there who will advertise and promote your property in order to seal a sale.Don’t waste your time with these people.
