Hannah's pragmatic approach, her 'can do' attitude and steadfast commitment to clients on both the sale and purchase side is an absolute credit to her, to Donna, and to Dexters. We encountered a number of stumbling blocks with this purchase (unearthed by my equally diligent and dedicated solicitor, Wafaa Syed of Setfords) which, as a first time solo buyer, I not only struggled to make sense of but often found overwhelming. Hannah's patience and understanding enabled me to make sense of things; to feel reassured and to keep going. Her willingness to explain procedures and documentation several times over (i.e. those asociated with Land Registry) and to negotiate on my behalf in order to secure the purchase has reinstalled my confidence in estate agency services. My partner lives in a Dexter's managed building which frequency loses hot water in the winter with no help over weekends to report/fix this. Not to mention mould lasting over 2 month, dangerous neighbour's getting arrested by police and constant need for repairs. Not recommended
