We received absolutely outstanding service from everyone at the Teddington office, with a special mention to Alexandra, Hannah and Lesley, who we have dealt with throughout the process of selling our flat and they have all been very approachable, professional and friendly. They were always very helpful and nothing was too much effort regardless of time and day and it has been a pleasure working with them to successfully sell our flat. We were also very impressed by how quickly our flat was valued, photographs taken and put on the market. The photographs were excellent and really showed the best points of our flat. We again found ourselves having to look for a flat quite quickly and after a wonderful experience with Dexters and especially Sara who works at the Teddington branch last time we knew who could help. She didn’t disappoint. Her level of professionalism mixed with a very friendly approach made what should of been a stressful experience a very easy one. The whole Lettings Team at the Teddington Office have been amazing! I made a few enquiries with different local estate agents on their contact pages, and Shaun was the first to get back, and he was so enthusiastic that Dexters were our preferred agent from the get-go. Marc was incredibly professional right the way through the process. He showed the most interest in our family home when he came round and while he was realistic with the price, he was also the most credible of the local estate agents that he could provide the high standard of service that he was promising. We’ve recently purchased a property through Dexters in Teddington. From the various viewings we wanted to undertake at the beginning to the final exchange of contracts they couldn’t have been more helpful. Both Alice and Lesley were always measured and kept us up to date throughout which ensured we were never surprised. The mortgage took agesssss to come through (like most mortgages at the moment!) but they did a great job of keeping the sellers up to date and we didn’t get much pressure at all. I’d highly recommend Dexters Teddington, Alice and Lesley!
