I sold my house with Dexters late 2024. Having used Donna many years ago to buy the very same house, I was delighted to be able to have her and her team sell the same house some 13yrs later. Donna and the Dexters Teddingotn team showed excellent communication skills with regular updates and meetings in person to review progress. I would highly recommend Jacob for his sensitivity in dealing with viewings and buyer requests during what can be a stressful time. The marketing efforts and quality of potential buyers were also very professional and well considered.

My son and I have rented an apartment through the Dexter agency for the past six years. The company has done an excellent job handling any issues that arose. Whenever we had a problem, for instance, with the washing machine or air conditioner, Dexter resolved it very quickly; they would always send a repair technician or replace the appliance if it was too old to fix.

Water Leaking from Ceiling for Four Weeks, Unresolved Issue at William Court

I have had a very disappointing experience with Dexters as a tenant. I reported a leak in my top-floor flat at William Court on 22 October, and despite constant follow-ups, the issue has still not been resolved. Even after four weeks, I have received no clear communication, diagnosis, or action plan, and I have had to live in the flat with water leaking from the ceiling when it rains.

Sara was very helpful in every stage of the journey, from recommending properties, following up on the viewings, and even guiding us through the offer and bidding process. The process was pretty fast and transparent and made the house hunting way easier than we expected to. The only opportunity for improvement would be to be mindful of sending more property options while we were already in the process of formalizing our agreement, as it was a bit confusing at times. However, that was more a company-wide issue, as we also consulted other offices.
