Throughout our interactions, Harlie displayed an in-depth knowledge of the properties available and was extremely patient in addressing all my queries and concerns. Their communication skills were top-notch, and they kept me well-informed at every step of the process. It was evident that Harlie genuinely cared about finding the right property that would suit my needs. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn't able to finalize a property through Dexters. However, even though the outcome wasn't what I had hoped for, I still appreciate the effort and commitment put into assisting me. Their understanding and empathy during this process were truly remarkable.

GoogleWe are so happy we have had our house buying journey with Dexters Teddington, I think we pretty much spoke to every person at dexters and they have all been wonderful. It can be very stressful, especially for first time buyers however Lauren, as well as Luke have been so kind, empathetic, patient and brilliant with communication. Lauren listened, understood and are thrilled we have found a home we love thanks to her. We also had viewings Luke who was so brilliant and informative and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy - even picked us up from the station when it was raining. An absolute nightmare to deal with. Despite agreeing to clean & repair the flat before occupation, none of the work was done & they had the cheek to say that it had been cleaned & repairs done. This was a complete lie. So now having payed a deposit & 6 months rent in advance, we have no flat & Dexters are holding on to my money!
