Excellent after service

We have been renting through Dexters and have found the whole experience to be a really positive one. Sometimes agencies can be great for the initial deal and drop off, but we have had the opposite experience. We have been really impressed by the management service provided by Dexters. In particular, property manager Khalisha has been exceptional; really going above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. 5 stars!

I cannot state highly enough how wonderful Emma has been through a difficult purchase process. From suggesting the property in the first place ( that I initially did not want to see) right through to the exchange ( turns out I loved it). We received first class service from the Kew Dexters team from sales to lettings! I just could not fault them. Starting with Luke understanding our requirements and managing to match us to a property we had dismissed online... the house we bought was absolutely stunning and the photos did not do the property any justice. They were very professional and kept us fully updated throughout the sale process. We also instructed the lettings team to let our house, Joe and his team were extremely enthusiastic and not only Dexters were the most professional in the area; they also manged to achieve an offer way above what other agents said we could get for the property! I highly recommend them!
