GoogleI would not hesitate to reccomend Myles, Kristian and the team at Chase Buchanan when selling your property, they fully understood our needs and expectations and ensured there was as little disruption as possible to a young family. What should have been a text book sale became a long and drawn out process and they dealt with all situations and obstacles thrown in their way in a professional and jovial manner. They were still smiling when the deadline we set for exchange loomed ever closer (we made it with 19 minutes to spare!) Had Myles not worked so hard; handholding somewhat naive first time buyers, dealing with stressed sellers and communicating clearly throughout the chain and managing expectations we would not be in our new house.

We have had our ups and downs in both the sale and purchase of the new property while with Chase, including treaths of withdraws, from buyers if sale was not completed within a certain date. But Adèle, the Senior Sales Negotiator, held it all together by contacting all the people involved, outside her circle to get everything back on track.

It is rare these days to come across customer service that’s genuine and personal. *Adele Basma* from Chase Buchanan in Hampton Hill saved me from losing a £7,500 early repayment charge by surpassing the efforts of solicitors on both sides, and finalising one final query for me right before Christmas, to help me complete on time and within my three month timeline in order to port my mortgage. Emailed them once about a flat 1 month ago on Zoopla. Since then, I have been phoned relentlessly. I have called them, emailed them and told them that this is harassment, that they need to delete my phone number and I do not want to be phoned. I am distressed as I am still getting phone calls by them weekly. By law, this is the definition of harassment. I should know, because I'm a solicitor. I have run out of options, therefore I'm writing this review. I don't know what else to do, if this continues I have to report them to the police.

Second property sold with Alex, Michelle and Laura, if you want a team that will go above and beyond and work tirelessly to get a deal done, I would highly recommend chase Buchanan downend. Unlike some of their neighbouring estate agents, Alex , Michelle and Laura will keep you updated and be transparent, they’re expertise and knowledge is worth the weight in gold.Support and after care is second to none. Had a very tricky chain with some very poor estate agents involved further down the chain, however Alex, Michelle and Laura stepped up to cover the lack of professionalism by the others and were constantly keeping us updated and making sure the deal was kept alive, it’s very clear these guys are the best in business . Nothing is a problem and they treat you as family. They took control on multiple occasions and pushed all the legal teams to get the process finished. Without the efforts from all at chase the deal would have fallen through. If you want to make buying and selling a little simpler then choose these, they will get the job done and you won’t regret it.
