Unprofessional and treating tenant…

Unprofessional and treating tenant unfairly. We went in to tenancy agreement in 2019, they promised flat will be cleaned professionally but flat was not even cleaned up to domestic level, this was also noted by 3rd party inspector in the notes, the flat was moulded at few places and not cleaned. Last month our tenancy ended but till date we have not received our deposit nor email from landlord. When spoken with chase the rudely stated to approach landlord and they cant help on this. when contract was done all dealings were with chase but once everything was done they opted easy way out. Contract still states that they hold deposit under TDS scheme and they will inform tenant if any deductions within 10 working days of end of tenancy. till date no reply on deductions from agent nor our funds has been released. Be very careful before dealing with them. I am in process to go to TPO and CEO senior management, as my complaint was not taken by lady who dealt nor responded to complaint procedure. I dealt with Isleworth branch.

I put my house in a market in early August with a local agent and I got an offer for my house on 26th August. However, unfortunately 3weeks after the buyer pulled out for whatever reasons. Hence, I decided to assign chase Buchanan Twickenham in early November as there had no progress until end of October after my house sale fell through in mid September’21. Myles M, the Chase Buchanan Twickenham Sales Manager involved directly and he also assigned his staff Chris Brookshaw who did an excellent job. Chase Buchanan got an offer in mid November '21and sales memorandum was issued immediately. The contract exchange and completion then took place in February 2022 It had been an excellent and delighting experience with Chris and Myles throughout the process. I can summarise my experience as follows: o They were very professional and very experienced agent with good data base, especially for Richmond Borough o They took my personal view and also independent professional view in my house valuation as well as for the asking and final agreed price o They did regular follow up with the buyer (almost daily)and make sure that every step in the process took place flawlessly o While Chase Buchanan has a manager who was in charge of sales progression, however, Chris was the one who actively worked between the buyer and seller to ensure each and every step progressed well and took place in timely manner. I think this was one of the key differences vs the other property agents that I dealt with, the sales person who gets the buyer usually does not involve anymore once the sales memorandum is issued. The fact that Chris involved from beginning till the end, really helped to make sure the sales was completed successfully, since Chris was very updated on every situations from both sides and proactively worked toward sales progression. o Chris and Myles were also very accommodative, swift and responsive to any situations that unexpectedly came throughout the progress. I had to change the completion dates few times due to inability to complete on the previous agreed date by top of the chain, and Chris and Myles helped to manage those changes smoothly. o Chris and Myles also very friendly and approachable. They really listened to my needs and situations. I definitely recommended Chase Buchanan if you want to sell or buy a property, especially in Richmond `borough area.

Can't recommend the Chase Buchanan team highly enough. They are brilliant to deal with, incredibly friendly and totally supportive. They're also very targeted in arranging viewings. They stuck with me for 13 months through some tricky times and when my buyer lost her buyer, pulled out all the stops to find me another one in 5 days so that I didn't lose my onward purchase.
