Great renewal experience. This is the first renewal through Chase Buchanan after having my existing tenant in the property for 1 year. Michelle from the Hampton Hill was extremely helpful ensuring a smooth renewal process with the existing tenant. She was proactive reaching out well in advance of the renewal date and secured the renewal with no issues at all. Very professional, good communications, and pleasant throughout the process. My experience with Chase Buchanan has been very positive so far.

I am rating : 5 stars - for Catherine Tappin only ! My experience selling my house with CB had not been great , until Catherine stepped in towards the end of the process and immediately understood what was happening and rectified the communication with me , keeping me informed at every stage in the later steps of the sale and really making me feel respected and heard . She was great with the conveyancers too and just generally shone in what had been a challenging experience- she should be commended for her great communication skills !

After having our flat on the market with a different (very disappointing) agent we spoke to Chase who had sold another property in our building. From the very moment Catherine arrived she was clearly knowledgable, professional and empathetic to our scenario. We were visited by several agents but Catherine at Chase was one of the few who felt as though she was telling us the truth. It’s clear that she has ample experience and is good at what she does and therefore doesn’t need to exaggerate or play games to get business - it was so refreshing. Catherine laid out a strategy for us and after our previous 6 failed months of being on the market with the other agent, Chase managed to sell the flat after the first viewing, less than two weeks after listing. The sale wasn’t always straight forward and every member of the team at Chase Twickenham had to take a phone call from me asking for help or advice, and every single one of them did so with the same level of professionalism, patience and empathy. It’s clear that the culture at this branch has been established to create a very high-end and personable service, I would recommend them as a bench mark for other agents in the area. When things got tricky with our onwards chain Catherine stepped in immediately, spoke to all parties involved, diverted their calls away from me and to herself so she could manage the process. In one day, we went from people pulling out and deadlines being pushed back to all agreeing on an exchange date within a week. I felt so reassured by the management from Chase Buchanan in what was a lengthy and at times stressful experience for us. I really can’t recommend this team highly enough.

Daniel Johns at the Richmond branch of Chase Buchanan has been outstanding through the whole process of the sale of our flat in Richmond. From the outset, Daniel has given very good advice starting with a realistic and evidenced based valuation which turned out to be spot on. He is a great communicator and very proactive, which was particularly needed as we had a series of difficulties with the communication between our lawyer and the buyer’s.
