He worked diligently to carry the sale through from start to finish, including liaising with solicitors to ensure that the conveyancing progressed as efficiently as possible. Our overall experience of dealing with chase Buchanan was amazing. The people working within the company go above and beyond into making sure you feel valued and looked after. We delt with a colleague named Rebecca she was nothing but down to earth and honest with everything she had to deal with for us. I would highly recommend to anyone to deal with these and to have as much faith in them as it really does pay off. Credit isn't given out much anymore but I don't have a bad word to say about the whole team.

I am a Us citizen needs a letter from my land lord about my rental history for my spouse visa extension in November, therefore, I visited one of your offices in Wellington House in Hampton Hill and spoke with a very nice young extremely polite man by the name of Joe and explained my situation and he promised someone will call me back. The next day I received a call from Ashley Tudhart to enquire about my request and an hour later I received a text from her with the letter I requested. I was flabbergasted and amazed on how fast she acted to my request. Both Ashley and Joe have my deepest gratitude and they are a big asset to your organisation.

We had a really bad experience renting in Trowbridge with Chase Buchanan. When we first moved in the carpets were in an absolutely awful state, we had to replace them and never got the money back. We never got an inventory, there was awful damp and mould issues which they blamed on us and never fixed or even attempted to help with. Then, the landlord tried to withhold our deposit at the end!

TrustpilotFor two weeks I have been unable to…
For two weeks I have been unable to move into the flat I rented through Chase Buchanan. The property was handed over dirty and with furniture, despite the contract stating it would be clean and unfurnished. When I returned the keys, the agents tried to pressure me, saying I must still pay 12 months’ rent, and even demanded to write a letter confirming I had no claims before they are giving the keys back. Completely unprofessional, I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

This is the first time I have rented out my flat and Chase Buchanan Isleworth branch have been outstanding from start to finish. The team led by Abdul have been very helpful and efficient from advice on getting the flat ready to let to finding a suitable tenant quickly. Their contractors include a first class electrician and plumber. The management team have also been very helpful removing a sofa at short notice and preparing the paperwork for a quick turnaround for the tenant. Many thanks Abdul and team. Highly recommend them.
