During our tenancy (which has thankfully now ceased) this agency have been disorganised, rude, dismissive and intimating. Avoid at all costs. They are not interested nor do they care about providing a good service to their tenants. They are only interested in profiteering. The rental market is broken in the UK and this agency exploits this situation.

GoogleChase Buchanan were great to deal with throughout the whole buying process; from the initial viewing to the eventual purchase of the house we were to buy. Kristian from Chase Buchanan was right up there with one of our favorite agents to deal with (and we've dealt with a lot), he was informative, helpful at chasing up the sellers for additional details and not at all pushy or deceptive. We would definitely use Chase Buchanan again in the future.

Chase buncham plymouth rent out rodent infested property'and the reason is cracks in the flooring behind the skirting boards which allow access they then lie on behalf of the landlord to chare the tenants for the work to because they failed a legal requirment
