GoogleWe recently bought a house in Twickenham, the process was a bit maniac as we were in a chain from our sale and ofcourse the preassure to get the stam duty holiday. we have been working with Catherine Tappin from start and she has been very responsive and thoughtfull on all our requests to make the purchase deadline succesfull. GoogleInitially I was very anxious about the process, I put it off for a long time but finally the time came to market the house. Myles put my mind at ease straight away and assured me that despite the house not looking it's best, I should be able to get a good price and that it would probably get snapped up quite quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to have serious offers within a week! Catherine became like an agony aunt towards the end and although there was a hiccup in the conveyancing process, she did a good job of keeping me calm and understanding my concerns. I do believe Chase Buchanan got me the best price on the house and up until the end, the process was quite smooth. I'd recommend Chase Buchanan to anyone who is planning on selling their property.
