She genuinely cared about the outcome for both us as buyers and for the seller, she understood our situation and was helpful and proactive throughout. GoogleNo idea where all these good reviews are coming from! We had a terrible and extremely unprofessional experience with Chase. Giving us incorrect information, talking to us rude and gaslighting us when they made a mistake. Honestly either you are a seller or a buyer I would be weary working with them as very unreliable and frankly worrying the way they handle the selling process.

Poor service management. I've been living in their managed apartment for more than a year. Since the water boiler controller not working, it is running 24/7 hence I've been paying more than 500£ electricity bill for long time, ands worst for last 4 months im paying 744£ electricity bill for a small two bedroom apartment despite many request water heater controller issue never been addressed.
