Daniel Johns at the Richmond branch of Chase Buchanan has been outstanding through the whole process of the sale of our flat in Richmond. From the outset, Daniel has given very good advice starting with a realistic and evidenced based valuation which turned out to be spot on. He is a great communicator and very proactive, which was particularly needed as we had a series of difficulties with the communication between our lawyer and the buyer’s. Daniel went above and beyond and I do not believe we would have got to the point of exchange for this particular sale without him. We are very grateful and would highly recommend.
