GoogleCB were one of 3 estate agents engaged to sell my house and were successful in securing an excellent buyer .Their staff were always friendly and organised viewings and gave feedback in a timely manner .Post offer Sophie did a superb job in liaising with both parties to ensure things went smoothly and to take the stress out of the transaction..She was on hand to help with some practical issues near completion.She also bailed me out by finding a home for some good excess furniture which a charity declined to take at the 11th hour.
I have for many years also used CB as managing agents on a house I let in Hampton and have no complaints with the service offering through their rental unit.

They are not interested nor do they care about providing a good service to their tenants. They are only interested in profiteering.
