TrustpilotAVOID Chase buchanan!!!!
Chase buchanan and campions are absolutely disgusting. I was a tenant in plymouth. They told me 6 weeks after I left the property that there was damage to the property (hmm funny that). Obviously incorrect. Also had to report faulty doors about 5 times. Small room had a faulty light. Mould on the wall and some moron couldn't even fix up a cabinet under the sink. Gas hob which had no spark button and they knew! Money grabbers.

We were really pleased with the utmost professionalism of the team and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in the area. After our original rental property became unexpectedly required by the owners, Pippa has gone above and beyond in helping us immediately secure a new rental property. She has been a dream to deal with, very easy to contact and thorough. I can tell she really cares about her customers and helping them find the right property, which is very rare! Instead of give the deposit straight away at the end off tenancy,now after 1 week they are going to make us wait 3-5 days extra to get our deposit back ,wen they were asking for the deposit on the first place before we move in to the property.This is inaceptable to wait 2 weeks to get our deposit back wen the landlord was happy to give the deposit on the next day we left the property ,I never have to deal with this terrible management from a agency,I will understand 2-3 days but not 2 weeks.They completely showing how much they care about the money and don’t care about the tenant’s who at the end of the day are the ones they feed them.I will make sure if someone ask me for a good state agent don’t mention them.
