GoogleIn under a month Chase Buchanan were able to help us get two properties rented at great rates, and offered an exemplary service that required minimal effort from us. Scott in particular was very helpful and even revisited one of the properties to retake photographs when we asked to update the listing. We were first time buyers in the St Margaret's area of East Twickenham and bought our flat through Alessandro. From the start he respected our brief, didn't waste our time with properties beyond our price point and worked hard to broker the sale. At the time of exchange he was on holiday and his colleagues in the office stepped in and worked equally as hard on his behalf. GoogleI have been dealing with Chase for over 20 years. We have bought investment properties in St Margaret's and rented them through them and we have received great service. If we encounter a problem then it gets fixed quickly and we get access to senior management as and when required. I am a Us citizen needs a letter from my land lord about my rental history for my spouse visa extension in November, therefore, I visited one of your offices in Wellington House in Hampton Hill and spoke with a very nice young extremely polite man by the name of Joe and explained my situation and he promised someone will call me back. The next day I received a call from Ashley Tudhart to enquire about my request and an hour later I received a text from her with the letter I requested. I was flabbergasted and amazed on how fast she acted to my request. Both Ashley and Joe have my deepest gratitude and they are a big asset to your organisation.

TrustpilotWe had a really bad experience renting…
We had a really bad experience renting in Trowbridge with Chase Buchanan. When we first moved in the carpets were in an absolutely awful state, we had to replace them and never got the money back. We never got an inventory, there was awful damp and mould issues which they blamed on us and never fixed or even attempted to help with. Then, the landlord tried to withhold our deposit at the end!
