GoogleMy experience with Chase Buchanan has been a pleasure and Naj Fox in particular supported me throughout the (at times) challenging process of buying my flat. I'm glad to say that I never felt that Naj was only concerned with the seller's needs which was very refreshing. Naj went over and beyond my expectations of an estate agent towards a buyer by helping me with numerous ad-hoc queries and by expertly facilitating the whole process. I would definitely use Chase Buchanan in the future and would especially recommend Naj Fox as she was thoroughly competent and highly practical with an honest and forthright attitude.

GoogleHouse hunting can be so stressful especially when you are new to this city and trying to juggle your new job at the same time. Daniel Fogarty at Chase Buchanan St Margaret was my saint! I could feel that she cared what I was looking for and I felt at ease with her. Also the team at this branch supports one other and communicates so well that my viewings ( yes I did multiple times!) to signing went very smooth. Its been a couple of months now in my new place and their tenant concierge Chloe Ashman has been great help providing me with after service too.

GoogleThe service we received from the team at Chase Buchanan was both excellent and supportive. Especially when you consider the complexity of our house move. Throughout the 6 months Mike, Sophie, Naj and the rest of the team were always able to help no matter what the question. Certainly in the last month before exchange and completion, when all the final little questions and challenges come about, Sophie in particular was fantastic and helped all parties get across the line. Many thanks indeed and whilst we hope not to move again in the short term, should we need to Chase Buchanan would definitely be our agent of choice.

GoogleI used chase when I bought my first property 10 years ago. When it came time to sell I admit I considered using the online estate agents, but in the end decided to go with chase due to their extensive local knowledge and my previous experience. The selling process was very easy and our property sold in less than 2 weeks, the buying process however was a little less straight forward. The support, pragmatic advice and approach chase took undoubtedly held our chain together and we are now enjoying our new home. I'd like to especially thank Sophie for all her help.

GoogleIts the day after I have moved into my new home, the whole process having taken just three months and I couldn't be happier with the amazing support and efficiency of the Chase Buchanan Team, Sophie in particular. A house I had always wanted came up for sale and in the space of 9 days (just pre Christmas) Sophie managed to sell my property and secure the property I wanted at prices that worked for everyone. I thought that was good..but it was the support in the following few weeks that I really appreciated when things, as they always do, got a little trickier along the chain. Sophie was incredibly responsive, supportive and handled everyone really well. I will miss popping in to the office for an update. I would definitely recommend.

Prompting me to complete various tasks, with Sarah especially giving advice to help make the property more marketable. The only downside was the quality of the cleaners employed through Chase who did a poor job.

My house was a bit quirky (3 floors, no garden, leasehold, within a private estate). Adele took the time to understand the house and it’s strengths, and knew the estate and surrounding area so was able to put a strong set of messaging together and brought this, together with a really positive approach to showing the house. Whilst it took a couple f months to sell, I suspect that with a less prepared and positive agent, it would have taken a lot longer. She followed through on the sales progression, which has been almost painless across a chain of 4, with completion date now agreed.
