Shocking aftercare at Brunton Rise by Lyndsay Thrower. Carpet laid the wrong way in the master bedroom and her response was that’s the most eco friendly way to lay it. Absolutely appalling avoid at all costs.

Poor communication and failed promises. Service by sales was great but since moving in the customer service stopped. I’ve had a few issues some are still outstanding years later including a retaining wall which is unstable.
