We have been using White and Sons since November 2015 and have dealt with Justin Theobald and Rebecca Foster in that time. Both have been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable with any problems within the estate. They're very pro active with dealing with any issues from tree surveys and maintenance to lighting and replacing loose paving slabs and finding the best suppliers for the estate .. ranging from the Gardiner to the insurance required.They're also good with sorting the accounts out for the estate as well as the service charge for the residents. We have them chair our AGM and the professional manner with which they handle it is excellent. Both Justin and Rebecca are very easy to approach with any sort of problem and are very discreet with some of the more sensitive issues faced.

GoogleIt is an absolute pleasure to recommend James Harman at White & Sons in Reigate. Being a first time buyer, I was put at total ease by James who has made it possible for me to own my first property. Understated professionalism is the best way to describe James who has been amazing throughout the process. Right from the time my offer was accepted, James has been a massive support. James has been instrumental in helping me finding the right & efficient solicitors too. A first time buyer is in perfect hands with White & Sons, they take away all the stress! The Reigate team are lovely and super helpful. You are treated like an adult at all times, communication is carried out in a respectful and timely manner, no nosy questions, very professional team who are great at putting a first time buyer at ease. I had to deal with a personal emergency during the process, but James was so patient and understanding that he gave me the time to do what I needed to , without even once bothering me! The journey of owning a home has been smooth and surreal. I could not have achieved it without James. It is so hard to find modest estate agents. Well done to James for his amazing customer service. It was a very long process for us to buy our house. We placed an offer that was accepted around 8 months ago, and we only just exchanged due to the length of the chain but also a lot of failings from our own solicitors and the sellers solicitors. James Richards from White and Sons Horley was the only person during this experience who offered clarity. He was always clear, to the point, honest and understanding as to how stressed we were that we were close to losing this house. He always responded to emails promptly, got back to us over the phone as soon as he could and I always felt listened to and that I had made progress after touching base with him. I believe we potentially would have not exchanged on the property and lost the house if it wasn’t for James intervening with our solicitors, advising us what to do and bridging the communication gaps between the solicitors. Thank you so much James!

Sold our house for £5k over asking price before it had even formally been put on the market. Had a tumultuous buying process as 2 purchases fell through. White & Sons were superb at ensuring our buyers stayed in the chain and assuaging their understandable concerns. Always responded promptly to communications, never had to chase. I have had my gripes with a fair few estate agents and have seen some practices and attitudes that I regard as highly questionable. White & Sons are one of the good guys. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. A special shout out to Becky Longstaff who was superb

GoogleBuying through White & Sons has been the most pleasant estate agengy experience we have encountered during the whole stressfull selling/buying process. When we were first shown around by lovely Louise we knew that it was the property for us; a beautiful well looked after mid-century gem and we did not expect to move in within 8 weeks after putting an offer through..but Ed and his team were great at communicating and efficient at chasing matters. Most importantly, even with stressfull events caused by the chain below, Ed was realistic at managing expectations compared to other agents involved in the process. If we ever look into moving again we would most definetely use Ed and his team. Big recommendation and hugest thanks to White & Sons Reigate!

James Richards and his team (with particular reference to Becky) were always very professional and efficient and worked closely with us from start to finish. House buying and selling is incredibly hard in this current market, and whilst the majority of house sales start off with incoming calls from prospective buyers from views on the property websites, the mark of a great estate agency comes when the process hits the inevitable bump in the road! GoogleWe have finally managed to buy a nice cottage in Reigate after 9 months of disappointments. This was largely down to the excellent service we received from the White's Reigate Office - and Richard Chaffe in particular. We had earlier tried to buy 5 properties before we were contacted by Whites regarding the sale of the cottage. They were immediately sympathetic to our situation and provided us with moral support as well as excellent professional services. The key difference from other Agents was that Whites worked with both vendor AND the buyer to get the deal over the line against a tight deadline. They went above and beyond to secure our dream home. The purchase process was smooth, they managed the upward chain, solicitors and seller not missing a beat to meet a tight completion deadline. We are new to the area and the little touches like where to go and contacts for our home were so thoughtful. I work in a service industry and have meticulous standards, White and Son truly are the best of the best. A bit like Top Gun but Tom would not appreciate me calling him Maverick! Moving home is ranked as one of the most stressful life events for a reason and, whilst superficially simple, mine ended up being particularly complicated. Buying my new home dragged on for almost ten months for a number of different and unanticipated reasons. My weekly visits to see Rebecca and the rest of the team always managed to be light hearted but professional. She managed to hold together a fragile chain even when things got very sticky with just her own charm and my promise of Haribo. I am delighted with my new home and also the service that White and Sons gave me.
