James and his team at Horley white and sons are phenomenal. We have dealt with them over the last couple of years and each time they have gone above and beyond. On this occasion, James and his team managed to secure us 6 viewings within 4 days of being listed (off market) we received 4 offers on the 4th day. I do believe that the team put in a lot of effort to secure us those offers and I do feel that we wouldn’t have been able to do it without them. James personally worked on our sale, and was incredibly thorough and communicative on a weekly basis, sometimes even several times per day. James chased everyone within the chain on our behalf and always returned any missed calls. Lucy showed us many houses and was also available at a drop of a hat. Stephanie too, stepped in whenever she was needed so we were never left without someone to reach out to. We would highly recommend white and sons Horley to anyone. They provided a seamless and stress free experience, and we will be sure to use them again should we need them.

With a deadline to sell our property we asked White and Sons to market our home. Within two weeks they had produced a very professional high quality brochure and had already had several prospective buyers to view the property. The estate agent’s knowledge of the market and valuation resulted in several competitive offers from buyers within the first few weeks of listing, one of which we accepted. Unfortunately this buyer withdrew from sale just prior to contract exchange leaving us very concerned with meeting the deadline.But within a week James of White & Sons recovered the situation with a new buyer. Two months later we are now very relieved to have completed the sale.Much appreciation to James, Stephanie and the team for their professionalism, support, communication and reassurance through all of this. We highly recommend White & Son’s.

We employed White and Sons for our house sale in Redhill in 2023. We went through a tough market and uncertain times to start with but the professionalism of the W&S team was brilliant. We started in spring and eventually sold the property in December - throughout the journey James, Luke and Kieran handled uncertainties in a way which I believe puts them in a league very different to many high street estate agents - they were patient, meticulous and transparent. Whilst the front end was managed by the trio, Sue was in charge of the documentations which were managed without a single fault :). I was in the process of purchasing a flat in Wansbeck House, Apley Road; 6 months in I find out the property management has no sink fund and expensive works planned on the building which meant I could no longer afford the purchase. The owner, Steve Jenns conveniently failed to mention this at the start of the process and the estate agent (White and Sone) claimed they didn't know about this either. I incurred legal costs during the process so came worse off than when I stared. At one point the estate agent, Ed Macfarlane tried to pressure me to complete, saying the owner was getting impatient and was wondering why things were taking so long. When the owner is the one who withheld critical information from me, leading to me having to walk away when I was belatedly informed of the situation with the building. Unprofessional and dishonest behaviour on the part of both the owner and estate agent. Will not be hing white and sons again.

Luke, Kieran & James actively arranged and managed viewings right away. All negotiations and offers were handled sensitively with great communication and Sue made sure we got all important paperwork and information quickly and with no problems.
