All the staff were friendly and extremely hard working and it was fascinating watching them work. Ed Macfarlane's solid valuation attracted exactly the right kind of buyers for the property and the ensuing competition and skilfull negotiations from Andrew Stanyard achieved several over-asking price offers. Andrew's guidance on selecting the best buyer helped to keep the sale secure despite our complicated onward move. And Rebecca Thomas brilliantly managed the whole process with pro-active and responsive communications that kept everything on track through to completion on deadline. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team at Reigate to anyone looking to sell a property in the area - they are friendly, professional, knowledgeable. GoogleMy partner and I recently purchased our first flat through white and sons and the process was better than we could have ever imagined. As first time buyers we had lots of questions and they answered them all very quickly and in ways that helped us understand. They were very supportive throughout the process and even advised us on solicitors and surveyors too! The lady who showed us the property was a ray of sunshine and gave us tips on what’s important to look for. We went through most of the process with Rebecca, who from the beginning was very quick to answer our questions and made sure we were happy throughout the whole process. Selling with White & Sons was a breath of fresh air. James & Stephanie initially provided clear advice with regard to pitching our property at an appropriate level to generate interest and for that, we are particularly grateful. Their knowledge of the local market, in addition to the way in which their photographer and videographer presented our house saw us find a buyer well ahead of many neighbours who had similar homes on the market at that point in time. Lucy & Kate visited us at our house before we began any viewings to familiarise themselves and on returning to the office booked in several viewings before photos were even taken. We genuinely felt as though we had the whole team working with us, which was in stark contrast to a previous experience we had with another agent. Nikki & Ally, their viewing assistants are clearly well experienced and were simply a pleasure to deal with. We were surprised, given the current market conditions to receive several offers after our first weekend of viewings and Stephanie expertly negotiated with our preferred buyers to the point of acceptance. What really made White & Sons and the Horley team stand out in particular was how the handled a price re-negotiation with our buyer. We felt completely assured that the team were working for us and had our best interests at heart and although we ultimately did concede slightly on price, James stepped in and was able to negotiate a discount on our onward purchase. Right the way through the process, we regularly spoke with the team, calls were always returned when they said and as such, they removed any stress from the process. We are glad we trusted in their recommended solicitors too, as it was clear that the communication between them and White & Sons was fluid, which resulted in us completing the sale in just 9 weeks. When White & Sons came to value our house we were given some facts and statistics that naturally you are a bit sceptical of...however, we had an amazing experience with them from start to finish! We had a steady stream of viewings from the week our house went on the market, and we sold for asking price within 7 weeks. Everyone who we worked with was super helpful, friendly and responsive, and I would like to give a special thank you to Lucy for being great the whole way through the process, especially at the end when everything is getting tied up with the chain and dates etc.We wouldn't hesitate to recommend White & Sons to anyone in the Horley area who is looking to sell their house. They are definitely much better than their competitors, based on our previous experiences!

Cedric and his team have been amazing from start to completion. We chose to go with White and Sons as they were not pushy at all and gave an honest input when evaluating our property. We had a few estate agents (we feel) really devalue our property when recommending a price to sell for. Cedric came round and supported our choice of what we’d like to accept & put our property up for and after photos being taken we sold with in a week and half of it being up. Absolutely over the moon with the service and we will most definitely go back to them if we go through the process again. Communication was amazing, always keeping us up to date. Always easy to get hold of if we had any questions & never felt like we were bothering them. I have recommended to a few people already in the surrounding area, one who has already got their house up with them. Thank you again guys.

White and Sons managed a property rental for us for a number of years with our primary contact being Sarah Wycherley. We always received an excellent, friendly and professional service with any issues being promptly reported to us and tradesmen arranged where appropriate. Any regulatory requirements and utility inspections were handled by Sarah and her team and the monthly statement of income sent out to us provided copies of all relevant invoices to support any works completed. Changes to the tenants were handled direct by them too with limited input required from me. I would use White and Sons again in the future if I needed someone to manage a rental property for me.
