Providing quick responses to any questions, and if they did not know the answer would actively contact the seller to provide us with an update. They have been a breath of fresh air to deal with and would highly recommend anyone to use them in any buying or selling process.

Deposit: I rented an apartment for over 1.5 years (small studio flat), I got it dirty, including the tools left in it, the walls were unpainted, full of dust and paint smeared on door frames, doors, etc. I gave away the apartment, which was very clean and practically ready for rent. For this, my deposit was charged with enormous amounts that are far from reality. The cost of painting was £600, cleaning £180 etc. for a studio flat which was beautifully cleaned. Even on the report they could not distinguish the pink cube in the water in the toilet that cleans from the scale in the water from the scale in the water. I consider it extortion and fraud. Unprofessional team and lack of trust in this company including the deposit management company.

I am extremely disappointed with this agency’s lack of transparency and professionalism. They made adjustments quietly, leaving me to discover the increase on my own. This kind of practice feels untrustworthy. I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

This company are very disappointing to deal with. They are extremely difficult to get hold of and when you do finally get a response that response is brief and lacks the professional knowledge you would hope for when spending large amounts of money through them.

GoogleThey did a superb job of selling my property. Despite the market being flat, they produced a number of viewings in within a couple of weeks and an acceptable offer within six weeks. They kept in regular contact and were enthusiastic and hard working throughout the sale process. I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleThis is the third time I have used Mann now and every time they have surpassed expectations. We were on the market for nearly a year with other agents with only a few viewings, then within a week of signing up with Mann we had an offer that we accepted and all went as smoothly as could be hoped! Having bought and sold the house through the same team has a nice completeness to it and we could not have asked for a better team to assist in our move! I could not recommend them enough to any buyer or seller.

GoogleSarah from the Redhill Mann estate agent was amazing in helping us get our dream place, without her hard work and tenacity it wouldn’t of happened she went above and beyond at every opportunity. With support from Simon who both kept us updated every step of the way and they really gelled the whole process. Monika our mortgage broker was also a real key person in the whole process always going above and beyond. GoogleI cannot praise Sarah & her team (Simon, Lucy & Amy) enough. My family have used them before and we would certainly not go elsewhere. They are professional, friendly and courteous. Nothing is too much trouble and they made what could have been a very stressful time so much easier. It was like have good friends at the end of the phone. In fact, I am going to miss speaking to them. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

GoogleSarah of Mann has always been brilliant going above and beyond normal customer care. We met her three years before when we used her services, to value a house. We changed our minds about selling but she was so friendly and helpful three years later we remembered her and used her services. We sold within three days and she helped making everything go smoothly. Recently we engaged Mann to rent out our house while we moved abroad. Although not her area of business she again was on hand to help out when we needed it. Sorting out a few minor issues. Then again when we completed our tax form for the sale of our house, we couldn't find a sale document she contacted her colleagues for us and provided the vital information. She didn't need to but she did it quickly with no fuss. I would highly recommend her, an excellent and customer focused estate agent.

Extremely unprofessional estate agency - south west London area. I literally felt harassed on the telephone to provide my email and phone number when I was only enquiring about a property, not even trying to view it. It was a man on the other end and he made me feel very uneasy. I will not be looking at properties with them ever since they would have my home address too. It's an appalling industry.

GoogleMolly met us at a property in South Godstone. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and in showing us around I had some questions. Molly noted these, took photos of the room and exterior of the house where I had noted the queries and contacted me afterwards with the answers. I found her friendly, approachable and not at all 'pushy' and would highly recommend her services and Gascoigne Pees.

GoogleExcellent service, professional, they go above and beyond. My purchase (via another agent) has been extremely stressful, but Mann (Steph and Sarah) have helped as much as possible to move things forward. My sale (Mann being my agent) has gone very smoothly, helped by the amazing staff at Mann and my incredible patient buyer. Mann have helped liaise with my buyer for the extra time I was given (due to my horrible stressful purchase). Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Trustpilotappalling and disgusting treatment for our property
We have a listing with this company who has been professional and friendly up to the point of customer visits to our property.We have a carpeted flat and both the agent and the customer did not remove their shoes when showing the flat. What makes me furious was that on the day of the visit it was raining and muddy and yet there was NO consideration shown in removing shoes to access the property.We complained to the branch manager Michael White who apologised and I've just had a 2nd visit from another customer and again NO SHOES removed on access and guess what's going on outside right now.Storm Ciaran.So if my property was going to receive 20 visits, what condition are my carpets going to be in after?Absolutely disgusting and appalling service, it is common courtesy to be considerate of another family's home and yet none was shown and not only that, after having already complained once already you neglect to follow up on it.Undecided yet what to do as I was unable to reach the branch manager.
