I cannot thank Sarah and her team at Gascoigne Pee’s, Redhill, enough for the hard work, professionalism and genuine kindness she has shown selling my home. Sarah, Damon, Sienna and Mia are all extremely knowledgeable and always prepared to go the extra mile and make what can be a very stressful time, seamless and easy! If you need an Estate Agent who ‘truly’ works hard on your behalf..this team is it! They are exceptional. Great service is a rare commodity these days but I would 100% recommend this Estate Agents.

My partner and I have already left a review for the lovely estate agent Mia that we have been working with, but we wanted to acknowledge great work and efforts of Tyrique, the mortgage broker working from the same branch! In my partners words: My mum and I came into the branch on 11/09/2026 to speak about a getting a mortgage on our first home. The whole process felt very daunting, since it was the first time I've ever needed to speak to a broker or deal at all with house purchase or mortgages. Tyrique was so kind and friendly from the outset that I immediately felt at ease. He greeted us with a lovely smile and introduced himself before we sat together in his office. He ran through an introductory pack with us, taking his time to make sure everything was explained clearly and encouraged me to ask questions throughout. He answered all of my questions with patience and it is clear that he is incredibly knowledgeable in his field. I also really appreciated that he didn't at all make me feel pressured into accepting anything on the day, as I felt it was very important to be able to take what he had given us away to think about. What was really helpful was that he gave me a pack to take home, as well as sent an email afterwards summarising what we had covered and what next steps looked like. What a fantastic first impression Tyrique made; for himself, for Gascoigne-Pees and for mortgage brokers as a whole! Thanks to Tyrique, the process of buying a house now feels a lot less scary. I just wanted to leave a genuine review for Damon, who truly went above and beyond for me. He stayed behind after hours so I could collect my keys, even though he had absolutely no obligation to do so. That level of dedication and kindness is incredibly rare to find these days. Myself and my partner are first time buyers looking for our first property. This is been such an exciting process, and the lovely Mia from Redhill's Gascoigne-Pees has made it even more wonderful. From the moment I first called in to book viewings, her sparkling friendly personality has shone through and she shared in our excitement to be looking for our dream home. Obviously it is quite a big decision and a large commitment, so we are so appreciative of the time Mia took to get to know what we wanted, what we were avoiding and what about the properties we picked that made us choose them. That meant that she was able to suggest some others that we hadn't come across, in the same area, for the same price range and with the same general feel as the others. This meant that our top 3 properties are now all ones held with GP! This has been great, since we know that whatever property we end up going with, we're going to have Mia's fantastic support behind us. I am so impressed by her ability to show off the best bits of the properties whilst explaining things so clearly. I truly trust that she has our best interests in mind and is just as psyched to look for our first property as we are! I had a really lovely experience viewing two properties with Damon from Gascoigne-Pees today. He was super friendly and welcoming, and made the whole experience feel really relaxed and comfortable. I didn’t feel rushed while looking around either properties, and he was more than happy to answer any questions I had. To top it off, my car battery unfortunately died between the two viewings! Damon very kindly drove me to the second viewing and then back to my car afterwards. He also went out of his way to check in afterwards to make sure I had managed to get my car sorted, which I really appreciated. Thank you again!
