Great service from Sarah and her team selling my mother’s house. Each member of the team individually introduced themselves to my mother and I, took time to each properly view the property to ensure that they spoke with an informed view of the property rather than simply reading a property summary written by a colleague. We also explored different strategies to sell the property to achieve the best price in what is a more challenging market - and we jointly selected a strategy which worked a dream (3 offers as a result of our open day). Sarah also diligently went through each of the offers to qualify them, giving us valuable information regarding the pros and cons of each offer. A great team, great service and ultimately a great result - thank you.

From start to finish, we were very happy with the quality of service we received from Gascoigne-Pees. Sarah handled our purchase with care and professionalism through the process. When there were unexpected hurdles, she was about to skilfully negotiate with the vendor and other parties involved. Sarah was always reachable; even on days off! We will definitely be keeping them in mind for when we come to sell the property in some years to come. Warning - avoid this company at all costs!!

Tom is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. We accepted an offer back in May from a buyer on the basis that the buyer was a cash purchaser. We were then told in July that this was not the case and he was applying for a mortgage. Only when we were ready to exchange and complete in August the buyers solicitors informed us that the buyer had a related transfer of equity, unbelievable. We were told it could take up to 6 months to sort out. We were very disappointed about being kept in the dark about this so late in the transaction. Had we been privy to this we would not have accepted the offer in the first place.
