A fantastic team, who were very professional, friendly and caring. Photographs were taken and uploaded to the website very quickly and 30 viewings were arranged in 1 week. Although our initial sale fell through a 2nd offer was accepted very quickly and despite covid our house sale went through. I was impressed by Mann in Redhill right from the initial valuation of my property; Sarah has unparalleled knowledge of the area and was very clear in explaining how the value of my flat was derived and the level of interest I could expect. I prize open and honest communication and the team at Mann were prompt and clear in keeping me updated at all stages. It was not an easy process due to complications on my purchase but Sarah and Max were diligent and persistent in pushing the process forward. I have no hesitation in recommending Mann for what amounts to a very important decision in moving!

Thank you to Sarah and the Team at Mann in Redhill. We were very pleased with the service we received. Sarah was always on top of things and ensured that we were kept up to date with the progress of our purchase at all times. She was great at coordinating things. As we had joined a broken chain, it was imperative to keep things moving and Mann did this. We were selling our property through another well known estate agent and the manager of that branch did not even return calls or emails. We'd just like to say how happy we were with the service delivered by Mann. Through what at times was a very difficult sale and purchase process, Mann helped ease things along and reduce what could have been a terrible process (due to other agents I should emphasis) Sarah at Mann, Redhill Branch was always helpful and talked us through all the things we needed to know and helped chase up everyone else, when they weren't wanting to be helpful! This was the second property we've sold through Mann and although they were eight years apart, we've walked away with the same positive view of Mann.

I had two fantastic companies value my property and could only choose by the toss of a coin, but Sarah and her team at Gascoigne Pees have been absolutely excellent throughout the process. From the enthusiasm and friendliness displayed during the valuation through to the sale of my property at no point did I feel left out of the process or lacking in feedback. It was an immensely smooth transition from photo's to sales brochure, open day and client assessment through to the sale process and ensuring everything was completed in a timely manner. Especially the amount of chasing they did on my behalf when one part of the chain was proving difficult to ensure that everything stayed on track. Gascoigne Pees Redhill have been amazing through out our flat buying process. We first had viewings with Joe and he was very inviting and had all of the answers to our questions about the flats. Jess showed us around our flat at very late notice one evening and nothing was ever a problem! It was very hard to view flats with other companies in the evenings but Jess was very accommodating and understood that we work full time. Sarah was amazing! She helped us so much with it being our first time buying, extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the buying process. If Sarah had said she would get back to you, she always did and we always appreciated a quick call or email to track the process. The Redhill mortgage adviser Jason was also very helpful and always had the answers to our questions which we always had! Amazing experience from start to finish

Amazing experience from start to finish! The property was online within a couple of days of Zoe's initial visit, viewings were booked quickly but with consideration of our schedule - with Kim helping us at all stages of the sale too. Janene was also extremely helpful in chasing all parts of our chain to ensure we completed as fast as possible, keeping everyone up to date with the process. Ed was also really helpful and guided us through all of the paperwork, answering any questions we had with as much detail as possible to help us make the right decision for us.
