GoogleAfter starting the process of buying our first property in April it took nearly 6 months to finally move in! We had major issues with communication with solicitors, and at one point felt like we just wanted to give up on our dream home.
But thank god to Sarah and Janene, they went above and beyond to make it happen. They really where our only hope and they made it happen! They check in daily and keep all parties of the move happy and sane in what is one of the most stressful things we have ever been through. It literally felt like they made the impossible, possible.
I really cannot thank the gascoinge pees redhill team enough! They are just incredible!

GoogleTerrible experience with this particular estate agent. It took them over a month to issue a memorandum of sale. Still not sure how it takes a month to put 4 people’s contact information on a piece of paper. Couldn’t get hold of them a lot of the time and we had to constantly chase for updates. From our experience they were disorganised, lacked communication and full of excuses for the lack of professionalism.

These estate agents downright lied to us before moving in about what came with the flat and throughout continued to lie about the interactions we had. Their complaints process is as useless as they are and I'm convinced is completely biased towards the estate agents.
