I couldn’t recommend Connells in Redhill highly enough! The process of us finding somewhere to rent, with Jasper helping us really was the smoothest process. Communication has been top tier in every stage as well and still is. We are so happy with our little place, Jasper being there to help every step of the way! If you are looking to rent in and around the area and surrounding areas, I would definitely go with Jasper and the team!

Nothing but good things to say about Connells! They were friendly, professional, helpful, and always responsive. Dipak at the Horley branch was an amazing help to us as our mortgage advisor, and Harry and Mark in the Redhill branch were always so friendly and responsive. Connells also recommended the solicitors to us, and acted as a middle to ensure everything kept moving smoothly. Their existing relationship with the solicitors proved super valuable to keeping on track! Also so kind during completion, being so congratulatory and even giving a small gift box! We moved into our rented house, paid deposit and advanced rent. As soon as we moved in the boiler broke down. We have been over 5 days without heat and hot water. The plumber who they sent advised us that extensive works should have been done to the boiler prior to us moving in .Jasper and Emma at Redhill Connells mannerisms towards us has been one of "We'll get it repaired when we can" The landlord offered  compensation not enough to cover even the cheapest of hotels , when we argued this point and mentioned litigation proceedings, Emma came back with a threatening email that we accept the offer before end of day Friday or it's off the table. We are now on Sunday still with no heating or hot water. We have contacted the council Environmental health department about this so they are aware of our situation. We are a full time working couple. I urge any one reading this to think carefully before using Connells, their nonchalant, threatening tactics are so completely unacceptable ,when they have tenants who have been without hot water and heating for over 6 consecutive days. Please take our ongoing experience and use another firm of estate agents who care about the health of tenants living in properties that they manage. We have a paper trail to confirm all that has been sent in this review.

Mark Ship and his staff couldn’t have been more helpful in dealing with the our sale. The house we were selling was a probate sale due to the passing of my Aunt. Shaun is a very patient and understanding mortgage broker . As a first-timer buyer I needed someone who could help me with the process of purchasing my home. We put our flat up for sale and had it valued along with 4 other estate agents in and around Redhill, Mark Shipp came to introduce himself and to explain what Connells could offer. Mark made the decision for us to go with Connells very easy as he wasn't like the other 4 agents who sat there telling us what they thought was what we wanted to hear and how they were the best thing since sliced bread, bla bla boring! He was upfront and honest. We put the flat on the market and Mark, along with Ryan are a dream team. There wasn't anything that wasn't too much to ask from them, always on time and ready for every viewing, they never let us down once in the whole selling experience. When sold, they helped push it through as fast as they could as this is what we wanted, kept us up to date with everything that was happening and just made it all so easy.
