Wow, what amazing staff - Mark and his staff (Ryan) kept us informed and in the loop every step of the way. Selling your parents property after they have passed on is not easy and to have a caring and compassionate estate agent to walk you through the process and advise was such an asset. As always a few issues at the final hurdle but in my opinion Mark especially went above and beyond to get the property to completion. A very polite and friendly office who I would happily recommend.

First class service from Mark and his colleagues in helping my 91 year old, very deaf, uncle in selling his bungalow. They made a quick and well priced sale of the property, helped him through all of the paperwork (both at his home and at their office) and were both extremely patient and very efficient. They also kept me (his nephew and closest relative) fully informed, while never burdening me with too much to do. Highest recommendation!

If I’m honest, I can’t fault the service at Connells estate agents. They were always easy to get hold of and if they couldn’t come to the phone they would get back to me in really good time. The branch partner, Mark is fantastic!! He looked after my sale as soon as the offer was accepted. He is personable, to the point and honest- he made the whole process a whole lot easier and enjoyable. Ryan showed me around my properly and helped with putting in the offer.
