GoogleThe team were great throughout the whole house purchase and we're very supportive. Despite being in a chain, and having terrible solicitors, Mark and Ryan were fantastic in chasing responses and being persistent with getting updates.

GoogleMark, Ryan & the team have been fantastic to deal with. I would definitely recommend them and use them again, after trying to sell with 2 other estate agents it really was 3rd time lucky with Connells. They always keep you in the loop, and push for the best outcome. Even getting our sale over the line they were always happy to help where they could. I could always count on them for an update. They went above and beyond to help. I’m extremely grateful for the service they provided and finally getting our property sold. Thank you so much!!

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant! I dealt with Stephanie Burley at Connells. I have to say we were quite difficult clients (sorry Steph & team!) but was never made to feel like a nuisance. Steph is the branch manager and gave myself and my partner frequent updates on the status of our move, and coordinated her team to give us the best service. We are new to the area and have dealt with some difficult estate agents in the past so it’s very comforting to know that good ones are still out there! 100% recommend!!!

GoogleWe put an offer for a flat some time ago and we paid the deposit. Then they called us to say that we are not getting the deposit back because we had rent in arrears. The rent was paid maybe 3 days after that’s all . For this reason they took our deposit money . By the way I spoke to a lawyer and this is illegal and I will make complaint and open a case . This is unacceptable.

GoogleI can quite honestly say I wouldn’t have managed to deal with the stress of buying our first home if it hasn’t been for Mark. We dealt with Mark, Ryan and Shaun and all were fabulous, professional and informed but Mark went so above and beyond I’m actually sad that I won’t be working with him any more! No job was too much of an ask for him and even when he was sick or on annual leave he was still sharp as a tack in chasing our solicitors. Even though I kept getting reminded that estate agents are there for the buyers, Mark just made the sale and made us feel safe and we trusted him with every step. As first time buyers the whole thing feels completely daunting but his manner made us feel quickly at ease and he talked us through every step (even ones that should have been explained by solicitors but weren’t). Mark is an absolute asset to the team and a gem of a human being. I have recommended him to others I know are selling and he has taken them under his wing and they know already they’re going to be well looked after.

In the whole process we had of sale falling & finding a new buyer I always thought that what I needed in an estate agent I had in Mark & more. Mark is calm and knowledgable, making you feel secure that everything is on track throughout the whole process. The whole team at Connells Redhill are friendly and willing to give you their time to support you through each step of the process, and the work they do is professional and exceptional. Could not recommend them highly enough.

GoogleThe core team of Mark and Ryan are both excellent Estate Agents. They really know their stuff - Mark has been particularly helpful answering questions and suggesting expert people and necessary processes when asked. Both have been very respectful and courteous, dealing with our buyers and vendor's estate agents promptly and effectively. The online aspect was new to us this time around: the Connells system is really useful and contains all manner of information you need when selling and buying a property. We used their partner solicitors - Shoobridge - for both our sale and purchase and recommend that too! This is the second time Mark has helped us move house and we highly recommend Connells and the staff there.
