As a business we only enter a tenants home for a legitimate reason and having given appropriate notice. However, we cannot find that you are a customer of ours. If you forward details of your complaint to our customer services team we will investigate and take appropriate action if it is found that any of our staff has acted incorrectly

GoogleThese agents manage my properties very well, keep me to to date on maintenance or serving required. They respond professionally and in a timely manner to requests from either myself or tenants. Rosie Thompson and Autumn Bailey are the main two I deal with at Choices.

GoogleThis is the worst agent I ever seen. The carpet was dirty and the boiler has been broken for one month, but they still have not decided to repair!

GoogleRecently got a property through choices and dealt with the amazing letting admin rhiannon, she offered exceptionally good customer service and was extremely quick at responding and dealing with the whole situation, even managed to get the keys a day earlier so I wouldn’t miss my sofa delivery!! 10/10 I would definitely recommend and use again
