I can’t speak highly enough of Nicole Inkpen, she has been so efficient and helpful with solving our problems and ordering us new appliances to be delivered on days that we were available to accept them. GoogleChoices agents are pushy and aggressive. We are currently going through the report process (even had to involve police) for a recent incident regarding sales agents that want to conduct weekly unsolicited viewings for a house we still have over 4 months of tenancy left in.

GoogleAt first, my thoughts on the agency weren’t great. BUT then we got a lovely lady Nicole Inkpen who helped us massively with our query. She was polite, understanding and determined to solve our problem! Her customer service couldn’t have been faulted or any better than it was. Thank you so much. You deserve a pay rise! GoogleThis is a thank you for Amy. For going above and beyond to almost instantly fix a problem that has been looming over me for 9 months thanks to the incompetence of the staff members. I do still stand by my original negative review as I've had more issues over the years than help.
