I agree with all the good reviews here. House & Co are great, best agent I've ever rented from, and there's been a few over the years! I have fairly recently managed to buy my own house now, thankfully, but if I needed to rent again in the future, they would be the first agent I'd contact for that part of town. I vaguely know the guy who set this company up (through a joint friend, been out for drinks a few times way back), and he's one of the nicest blokes you could hope to meet!

Victoria and Darren have been instrumental in us getting a mortgage offer sorted. We received highly personal advice and they both went above and beyond to to make the process easy and take some of the stress out of a pretty stressful process. They provided us with options to suit our situation, and applied for the mortgages on our behalf. They also gave us recommendations for surveyors and solicitors which have so far turned out to be great. They were also extremely helpful and reassuring when we ran into a snag with our first potential lender, and advised us on how to proceed and ultimately redid the research and put in another application for us. Cannot recommend them enough!

Purchased a house through House + Co. This was our first purchase so do not have a comparison. The chain became fairly complex and the process was quite long and drawn out which we found difficult. The team were mainly easy to contact although communication was sometimes unclear or messages were not passed on when people took leave. They were always supportive and did answer any queries we had. Overall I feel they are a good estate agent who dealt well with a hard situation.

House & Co provide a brilliant and comprehensive estate agency service. I sold my flat and bought my new home through them and both were a seamless process. They could recommend expert local professionals to assist with the conveyancing and surveyors report as well as providing a top notch professional service themselves. I cannot fault their approach from how they marketed my flat to how they assisted me in finding the perfect property to call my new home. All I can say is that it must be near to impossible to choose, should they have such a thing, who gets employee of the month as every member of the Sales team is brilliant!

I chose House and Co to sell my flat, because they seemed to have the corner of the market of flats in BS5 and I got a sense from Clare who initially visited me that they were good sales people. They also gave me a very competitive quote for the work. I had a bit of trouble early on with flakey buyers, so House and Co pulled out all the stop and fit in lots of viewings and found me another buyer. Once offers had been accepted and the chain was in place not only did the pandemic start, but unfortunately my buyer it turned out had appointed a particularly poor solicitor. The staff at House and Co (Ria in particular!) were really helpful keeping me updated with any developments during the conveyancing process and worked hard to keep communications flowing between the solicitors (and also helped keep me sane!). I'm happy to say we exchanged and completed last Friday and I’m now happily unpacking in my new house. :)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I have just moved into my new rented flat in kingswood managed by house + co property. From the moment of viewing until the day I moved in George and Michelle have been with me every step of the way. I was struggling with dropbox folders as this is new to me but I was invited to their office and George scanned everything for me in seconds.
