When an unexpected issue with the roof was highlighted in the survey, he suggested a solution that also worked well for the buyers. Jon's team (in my case Jess and Ria) were quick to respond, always friendly and professional - all whilst responding to changing circumstances with COVID. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and would definitely recommend them to others.

GoogleWe had a great experience with House & Co who managed our recent sale and purchase. They are fantastic. Jon took considerable time with us regarding our sale and gave us sound advise. He came to our home on several occasions and always took time, which is much appreciated. The entire team were friendly, responsive and highly professional. All queries were answered promptly. We had an open day which was managed superbly and we have been delighted with the entire process. The after sale team were also first rate and we had a good experience with everyone we dealt with. They got a number of viewers through the door, were always at the end of the phone/email and helped push the sale through when the rest of the chain were stalling. Couldn't ask for a better estate agents. Highly recommend. Completed July 2018.

GoogleI notice all the bad reviews have been edited off here. Be warned these appear to be a very good, honest and upright letting agent but don't be fooled, as soon as there is a problem they will make it their business to get rid of you post haste regardless of circumstance.

GoogleThe app is a great way to see how your applications are progressing and what the next steps are. Both Jim and Victoria have been fantastic throughout the process. Both my partner and myself are first time buyers, they have really put us at ease, kept us in the loop and helped us to understand how everything works. One thing I would recommend with the app is to make it so that you are able to click on each step and have an explanation of what it is and why you need it. Great team!
