Once again they were brilliant to deal with at every step of the way, particularly the ever positive and patient Jess. Jon can talk for England but everything he’s ever told me has been true and he’s been happy to go out of his way to offer advice when I’ve needed it. Selling a house can be a very stressful process but I have to say that the from my first conversation with Gavin through to dealing with the rest of the team including Sue and Jess they made the whole process relatively straight forward. I also liked the online portal which meant you could see all the relevant information on the sales process all the way through from viewing to completion. We originally bought our house from House&co and we’re impressed with their service as purchasers so decided to go with them for our House sale as well! Throughout the whole process we were impressed with the team- Jon who came out and did our valuation was approachable and friendly and gave us some great advice on how to improve the sale value of our property. He then gave us space whilst we got those things sorted and waited for us to get back in touch when we were ready. At he point we said we were ready to go he came out quickly and the house was on the market in the week and sold by the Monday! At which point Jess stepped in to manage the steps- this took a little longer then hoped for (down to our purchase) and Jess did an amazing job of communicating with our purchaser and also keep us informed at every point of the way- she was also super responsive to all my many queries and chasers and was really helpful in getting the last bits across the line for our exchange.
