Although they have expanded/rebranded recently they still feel very much like a local company, and have extensive knowledge and coverage of the area. Most estate agents deserve their reputation but House & Co are fantastic. I have used them both as a buyer and seller and in both cases felt very well looked after, got sensible advice and a great service. They will chase solicitors, organise surveys, and they really know their stuff. If you're not careful they'll keep you chatting for hours but in the nicest way. A proper local company who care about what they do.

I was a first time buyer and the sellers estate agent was House + Co. All House and co staff from beginning to end were always helpful, pleasant and responsive in my correspondence with them and helped facilitate what was seemingly quite a smooth moving process. It took me a little while to find the right property initially, but even in the looking phase they were more engaged in making me aware of possibly suitable propertys than some other possibly bigger firms. Having an in-house mortgage advisor was really helpful for my situation too. I'm happy in my new house.
