GoogleI would avoid House and Co and this is coming from a current tenant.
I have been left with a temperamental boiler for the past 3 months which has resulted in about 4 separate call outs and long duration without hot running water or heating.
Which has resulted in an increase cost in electricity to accommodate however I have not seen any compensation.
Photo attached shows the condition of the flat on my first minute within the property, from experience with estate agents properties are in a good condition with fresh paint. However this estate agents said I should of requested this at the time of application, which is difficult when the property was occupied when viewed.
Other issued has been raised both to citizen advice and shelter, so if you want peace of mind I would avoid and looking at other reviews I am not the only one who is facing issues with House and Co Property.

GoogleAwful. Our property that we rent was let out by House&Co, and when we moved into the property, it was filthy, shower did not work and the flat stank of drainage and stale smoke. When we called to complain, the manager did not care and it led to our Landlady having to complain to them about the state of the property as they told her it was in a much better state than it was. They have no sense of urgency and do not have high standards of how they think it is acceptable to leave a property. Luckily our flat is now managed directly by our Landlady and not this company. Avoid to save hassle.

GoogleWhilst I was initially nervous about someone else managing my properties, these quickly disappeared and made me realise just how much of my time it was taking. Plus, when things go wrong you need a network of trades/people on stand by who can help quickly so that your tenants are looked after.

For the purposes of this reply I will assume it is rental however if I am wrong please feel free to email sales@houseandco.uk and we will be more than happy to add you to a mailing list. The current situation regarding rental properties is extremely problematic in the Bristol area. As soon as we advertise a new rental property, the phones instantly ring off the hook and all available viewing slots are booked within a matter of minutes. It is currently impossible for us to operate any form of mailing list on the rental side of the business, hopefully this situation will start to calm down again and we will once again be able to adopt a more traditional way of doing business. Your call was almost certainly the 100th such call into the office that day, so please be assured we do not adopt a CBA attitude towards our clients.
