GoogleGreat service, very friendly and amazing at what they do! We had our house on the market for 3 months with no sell, we put out property in the hands of Rachael at house and Co and within days we had 3 viewings and within a week the property was sold! We had a great after sale service with regular contact and updates. I can not thank house and Co enough!

GoogleI cant express my gratitude enough to Dave and his Team. As a landlord this process can be strenuous however this was not the case. I had the property on the market before with another provider with no success Dave took over the letting and it was rented out in a day. The quality and level of the service can not be described. My tenants couldn’t be nicer. A big thank you.

GoogleI bought and sold my property through House and Co. and they were then responsible for letting and managing the property. They have reliable and reasonably priced contractors whom they used to organise any necessary repairs. They were always professional and efficient. Dave House has been very supportive and helpful when I had to deal with a very difficult tenant. I thoroughly recommend this estate agent for both sales and letting.

GoogleHouse and co were the vendors estate agents. Although I had no ties with them financially they were very informative and kept me updated at each step of the buying process. Staff are very friendly and when I needed to collect my key on a sunday (they are closed), one of the staff was out jogging and arranged to meet me at the shop. highly recommended

GoogleHouse & Co. A staff were very polite and professional during the process of viewing the property and signing up for tenancy. I never had any problems with them for the whole duration of the tenancy and they have returned my deposit without fuss. No complaints. This is only the second time in countless tenancies that I can honestly make this statement. Highly recommended.
