When our agreed sale fell through, Oulsnams were so helpful and helped us to find a new buyer. Even though the failure doubled their workload and they had to spend twice as long to sell our house as we expected, they didn't charge any extra.

I’ve had a really positive experience with this letting agency throughout my tenancy. The team has been professional, responsive, and easy to deal with, which made the whole process, from moving in to any ongoing queries, smooth and stress-free. A special mention goes to Shania, who has been exceptional from start to finish. She has always been attentive, approachable, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I’ve had. Her communication is consistently clear and to the point, and she genuinely goes the extra mile to ensure everything is handled efficiently. It’s reassuring to know there’s someone reliable looking after things, and it’s made a big difference to my overall experience. I’ve been renting from Robert oulsnams and company for 5 years all in all. In my first flat then when I wanted to move to somewhere bigger they made the process simple and easy. Since being In my house Shania Benton has made it effortless any problem I have had she’s sorted them quickly and is always responding to emails and phone calls quickly i always get a reply on the same day if I email. Whenever I’ve had an issue or problem she’s been there to sort it out and I’ve never not felt like I can not contact her. When I’ve needed stuff amending or some help she’s always been there to sort it out. If I ever wanted to move I would stay with Shania snd her company but right now I’m more than happy in my property

We recently sold our first home and bought our next home through Oulsnam Redditch and just wanted to say the biggest thank you to Debbie, Elisha and Vic for dealing with our move, you are such a lovely team and we are so grateful for all your help! After we first made contact, Debbie came and did the valuation the very next day, arranged photos and EPC really quickly, and the listing was live by the end of the week. They arranged block viewings for us on one day to make it easier for us, and they were great at keeping us updated and negotiating our offers. Everyone at the office was always easy to get hold of whenever we needed them, we had clear communication throughout the process from everyone, and they did so much of the chasing the chain and helping us deal with solicitors - we felt so well looked after and in very safe hands from start to finish.
