Thank you for your comments and we apologise that you have had a negative experience with John Shepherd, however after reviewing the Tenancy file, I can see that the team have followed all correct End of Tenancy processes relating to the deposit claim, specifically referring to significant property damage. We pride ourselves on having a strict and robust processes which needs to be met in order to protect our landlords.
