However, I have found myself having to rent accommodation again and in challenging times I have to say that Amey was a real delight, making the whole process seamless with her professional and personal approach. These Ladies are BRILLIANT! From the initial call regarding viewing the property all the way through the process, they have been helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. Never an issue with contacting them and they respond without ridiculous delays which is great to someone like me who worries about everything. Factual and with great interpersonal skills, easy to talk to and deal with. Actually really refreshing to have an easy seamless (especially during the pandemic) transaction for "estate agents" lol but an absolute pleasure! Cant thank Amey or Katie enough! We started our journey to get our first home together in November 2020 and we dealt with Jewel Clarke the whole way through and she was amazing. She did everything in her power to make sure everything happened within the specific deadlines and chased up anything we asked her to and any questions/queries we had we knew we could turn to her. Putting an offer in on a house at the start of covid 19 lockdown was stressful enough. Dixons were brilliant dealing with the purchase but my mortgage advisor Jewel Clarke was amazing. I can not thank the girls at Dixons enough for their hard work in getting us moved. After coming off the market earlier last year due to us not being able to find we were contacted by Grace in December to see if it was possible to show a gentleman around as he was looking for a property just like ours. The viewing happened and we were sold again within 24 hours!! Things were not plain sailing and we were greeted by obstacle after obstacle, the branch manager Lisa worked hard to ensure that these were overcome, we can not thank her enough for all of her efforts. Dixon Redditch have been great, they really have shone above the rest. Me and my partner were looking to find somewhere to rent pretty quickly, and due to our busy work schedules we were initially sceptical about dealing with agents, however, Amey has been absolutely terrific with helping us find a place. She’s enthusiastic, provides great advice and most importantly she listened to our requirements.Overall she made the process really enjoyable! Could not been happier. We had really bad experience with previous letting agents... It was a big surprise for us that the cooperation can be pleasant and easy. We had problem to find a house, but Dixons care about people ! Especially Amey helped me to get nice place for our family. She and her friend Kate showed us how to go through all paperwork, I really don’t like this part of renting house. But with them that was quick and easy to do. They answered all my questions quick. They are really professional, kind and friendly. They know exactly what are they doing. The service we received from the beginning to the end of our sale was amazing. Grace was really helpful and friendly when carrying out our valuation and taking of the photos. When the house went up for sale we were really pleased with the service we received from Lisa and Amanda both of them were excellent and kept us updated at all times on the viewings we had booked. Amanda carried out majority of the viewings for us and really highlighted all of the positives of the house and area. We sold the house within 2 weeks. We would thoroughly recommend Dixons to anyone.

Outstanding staff, one and all. Went beyond what is normally expected to help us deal with a new house purchase that had its difficulties, through no fault of theirs. Positive attitude kept up even when things seemed at their worse, which gave us the confidence to continue and see through to completion. Professional throughout, and would stay in contact on a regular basis. Dealing with the Builders to ensure that everyone was Happy. Easy to get hold of, when needed and if one Person was not available they would pass over to another member of Staff who was more than capable. We Cannot Praise Dixons at Redditch Highly enough.
