From the get go, id found a place i fell in love with. From requesting a viewing (which took less than an hour to get back to me via email). To booking the viewing the next. Signed off everything and was mine within 2-3 days! Id never done any of this before alone. Amey and Kate have been outstanding. The support i've had and guidance is something i didn't think id ever receive during this process. The only downside to my entire moving in scenario was my move in date was pushed back. However, this was due to the previous person moving out late. Even though the situation was a downfall, Amey and Kate were so apologetic and uplifting in the situation. Even after id moved in, they still checked to see if i was all good which is so lovely. Honestly, hats off to the both of you. You're both amazing! And i love how excited you was for me moving in! It was so positive from you both and comforting :) Thank you so so much!

I have used Dixons to manage my rental properties for a couple of years, and I've been really happy with their service. When I then came to sell my residential property they were the only company I called to help out. They have been excellent throughout, so I'll call out some of the highlights: - They have been attentive and responsive throughout. Grace was able to come out to do an appraisal at very short notice just before Christmas, they always answer emails and return phone call promptly, and I ended up on first name terms with everyone in the sales office by the time we completed. You definitely feel looked after when working with this office. - This was most important when our initial buyers pulled out - Dixons mobilised very quickly to find us a new buyer within a few days - The photos of our property were of good quality, and Dixons managed to block book viewings which minimised the disruption to us as we tried to sell. We also got a price of higher than we were expecting - When the chain was struggling to complete, Lisa went above and beyond to chase parties up and down the chain to get things moving I'm not planning on moving house again anytime soon, but if I did I'd be going straight back to Dixons.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I have recently just let my property out through Dixons Redditch. It is the first time doing this and I was recommended to speak to Kate. The recommendation was definitely worth while as she was absolutely amazing. I had a couple of months between wanting to rent my house out and it actually happening due to my moving date however she came to speak with me immediately, took photos when I asked, told me exactly what was happening throughout the process, I couldn't recommend Dixons and particularly Kate enough :). Lisa & her team are absolutely amazing! The customer service is the best I have experienced. The team were great with arriving promptly to do viewings (not all estate agents manage to do that) & giving us feedback the day after.
