I have been dealing with Dixons in Redditch for a few weeks in paticular with an employee called Ellen. I have been through an extremley stressfull part of my life following the break up of my marriage, this put me in the awfull position of having to move out of my marital home further more i have Addisons Desiese and can easily get cofused. Ellen has been brilliant , she has been sympathetic to my needs and requirements and explained the whole process thouroghly. I have now moved into a large high spec room in a HMO. I'd like to say to whom it may concern at Dixons that Ellen is an absoulute credit to your company and can you please pass on my sincere thanks. Kind regards. Tim.

This is my second time renting a space through Dixon and I’m more than happy with their services. Lucy and Meghan were assigned to me through my renting process and they went above and beyond for me. Did I mention that I only did virtual viewing and I got what I was shown, no disappointment. My wife and I viewed a property with Dixons and,despite not purchasing the property, we had the pleasure of a tour with Amanda K. Amanda was polite, friendly, and personable and above all (which I found refreshing) was she was knowledgeable about the property. Amanda had all details to hand and shared this without us having to prompt. We were treated with a level of enthusiasm and freshness like we were the 1st viewers of the property that day, not the 4th or 5th (or the 10th that week). After multiple viewings with several agencies in Redditch, Amanda really stood out as a friendly person who showed care for us as a client viewing the property (and the property itself). If you want someone who clearly loves their job to sell your home, I would recommend Amanda at Dixons in Redditch. She really is a credit to the group.

I have had the privilege and luck to have dealt with Amanda during viewing numerous properties over the last few months in my house search.
