OMG, where do I start, We walked into Dixon Redditch a week ago with nowhere to live, because the house we are buying fell through with two weeks to go, within the hour Megan, Lisa and the team had showed us a rental and made all the arrangements to get us in!! Amey, has also been a superstar, keeping us updated and helping us through every step of the way and we now have a house to move into, Dixons should be very proud or the team in their Redditch office who went above and beyond for us and provided us with the outstanding and excellent customer service , Thank you Su &John G

I found the Lettings manager very unapproachable and quite rude.Also non empathetic and very dismissive . We had long standing issues with a tenant of Dixons which eventually after 18 months of hell resulted in a section 21 being issued I found the letting manager very one-sided and all she cared about was money and not The the very extreme anti social behaviour we were experiencing from their tenant .

Great service from Holly and Megan with the application and move in of our new home. So much advice and support. Quick replies to questions and extra advice provided without asking. Smooth viewing and application process with support and guidance at every point. Our only negative would be the reference process, this part seemed very pressurised and rushed. It was very difficult to get these from our current landlord within the expected 48 hours. Overall a great experience with Dixons. Thank you Holly and Megan for all your help. It is really appreciated

My experience with dixons was a joy from start to finish. Every member of the team are so proffesional, helpful and accommodating. We were previously on the market with a different agent before we contacted dixons and this made us appreciate dixons even more after our previous experience. The rental team are amazing! Amy is so professional and totally put our mind at ease. We were more than happy to give them our business after meeting with her. The rental team Found us lovely tenants pretty much straight away. They also Recommended us to Mike a handy man contractor who is amazing so honest and thinks outside the box with work that needed doing on the property. Hai, this is Jenifer Jero Seelan. I’m the new tenant of Fir Tree close, Redditch. Chloe, the staff from Dixons was so helpful and supported us through out the process. She was so friendly with us and all the staff from Dixons are doing the best in everything. She is been asking us for help or any questions and any needs to be done. And the Gift hamper they gave us was amazing..!! We have an issue with the fences in our Garden when we arrived to our new home. So, we have contacted Dixons immediately. And, they said they have a dedicated website for reporting Repairs and Maintenance. It’s called “Dixon’s fixflo”. I have sent a mail mentioning the fences issues to that website. As soon as, Katrina Edwards, an officer from Dixons contacted me through Mail and asked me about the details of the issue with the fences. And, asked me to send the photos as well. I did the same. From that day, She is been contacting me for every single update, Quotations from different companies, asking my availability to check the issue, Arranging appointments to visit home and a lot. I was not the one following her for update but she followed the issue and she had been a perfect support until the issue fixed. I and my wife Muri are so grateful for the great support to solve the issue without any tension. The labours are also so helpful and they have completed the work perfectly. Now, the fences are looks beautiful and we feel so safe..!! Thanks to Dixons, Fixflo team and especially our heartfelt thanks to Katrina for her extraordinary support through out this.

Our experience using Dixon's Full Management Service to rent out our property has been fantastic in every respect. From the initial consultation with Chloe, our options were very clearly explained to us with the different packages talked through. Chloe really listened to our personal circumstances and provided us with an incredibly easy process by which to rent out our property. Tenants were interviewed, screened and checked, documentation and legal requirements were all looked after with little effort on our part; even insurance and tax implications were all discussed and sorted. Katrina was prompt in sorting out the issue by contacting and arranging a contractor to investigate the problem and have it quickly rectified. Katrina engages with a client and ensures they are kept well informed with the progress and completion of any repairs needed. Highly recommended.
