GoogleHighly recommend Dixons estate agents to anyone! Especially first time renters/buyers! Me and my partner was looking at renting our first home together, we was so uneducated and didn’t know what to expect but Dixons was a godsend! I had my eye on a house in my childhood neighbourhood so I applied, not thinking that we’d actually get the house but we did! We had 2 lovely lady’s helping us called Megan and holly and they both was amazing!! Megan showed us around the house and answered all questions for us, and holly was brilliant especially over the phone! I dread to think how many times I kept calling but holly always answered politely and answered all my questions. Definitely felt so comfortable with Dixons! Highly recommend!

GoogleWe used Dixons Redditch to move into our new home. We have been renting for over 6 years and this has been the best experience we've ever had. While it was a very difficult time emotionally, having lost both mum and dad, the staff at Dixons were kind, compassionate, and always helpful, from start to finish. Would give 0 star if could. This Estate Agents has no idea to sell a property. Four times had to contact them to get the description and price corrected. It was beyond belief how wrong and incompetent they were with the handling of our sale. They put it on the internet to sell without reading what they had actually put and they had put incorrect price twice, probably losing out on a sale. In the end we had to withdraw. There was no apology no response to our numerous emails and texts. Very unprofessional. Wasted months of possible lost sales. Cannot recommend from our view and experience.

GoogleI have a small property portfolio that I use Dixons in Redditch to manage for me. The team are fantastic. If there are any issues they will go out of their way to help sort things out. Tenants are always well vetted and viewings are booked in really quickly. I can't recommend them enough. As a further update in Sep 2023, Katrina in property management had been fantastic in sorting out some really tricky repairs. She follows up and always provides an update.

GoogleI recently moved into a Dixons rental property and the team could not have been more helpful. They got everything sorted lightning fast so that me and my children had a new home in time for Christmas. They also kept me up to date every step of the way, which was much appreciated as I’m a worrier!
