Fantastic service by all at Dixons Estate Agents Redditch, special shout out to Amanda & Victoria. Viewed two properties with Amanda, who was extremely professional & gave great communication throughout. Both ladies have been so helpful on the phone everytime and have gave a high level of customer service. Thankfully we have had an offer accepted on a property with Dixon’s and the after service so far has been great. Couldn’t recommend Dixon’s enough & cant wait to use them again in the future. This was the first time I have ever rented a property on my own. Both Kate and Amey were extremely supportive, helpful and patient throughout the entire process and very understanding of my personal circumstances and situation. They both moved mountains in order to help me secure the property I loved - and too this day still continue to offer me their help and support. I really can't express my gratitude and appreciation for all the efforts both Kate and Amey made for me - they are both extremely lovely people to work with, both highly professional and very efficient and made my first time renting experience very easy and non stressful. I went to Dixon for a flat on Oldbury, all god till i got there to see the propriety i was shocking in what condition was the flat, absolutely disgusting, they want 850£ rent for one bedroom and another 850£ deposit, the condition of the walls absolutely unbelievably all wallpaper falls down and tales from kitchen missing, no dors between bedroom and kitchen, and at the end I have refused to get the flat they refuse to refunding my holdings fees, absolutely legal robers this agents.

Bad experience

I would strongly advise to stay away from dixons/countrywide letting agents from managing a rental property. Especially the Warwickshire office as they would do everything in every opportunity to instruct their own contractors making false allegations of works required on the rental property to make money for themselves. They also hide their complaints procedures when contacted directly and asked about the process and their calls are not recorded so they make things up and completely disregard any instructions given by the landlords. Unfortunately complete professional crooks. They will put all sorts of barriers to raise a complaint and refrain from providing a final response to prevent escalation for their governing body to investigate.

Outstanding staff, one and all. Went beyond what is normally expected to help us deal with a new house purchase that had its difficulties, through no fault of theirs. Positive attitude kept up even when things seemed at their worse, which gave us the confidence to continue and see through to completion. Professional throughout, and would stay in contact on a regular basis. Dealing with the Builders to ensure that everyone was Happy. Easy to get hold of, when needed and if one Person was not available they would pass over to another member of Staff who was more than capable. We Cannot Praise Dixons at Redditch Highly enough. To single one member of staff out would be unfair and unkind to all the others who put so much effort in for us, a great team effort by all. Having found a house through Dixons I met with Alex Hodson to discuss my mortgage options having become frustrated with my bank. Alex was thorough, honest and effective- he found me a mortgage within 24 hours. As a first time buyer he helped explain all the options and found the best deal we could get, and took the hassle out of the whole process. I was admittedly reluctant at first (who wants to pay for something that in theory you can sort directly with a bank) but Alex was more than worth it, his service gave me peace of mind and helped me through what turned out to be a long sales process. He has since advised me on insurance, and is always responsive to my questions/issues. I would absolutely recommend him (and Countrywide) to friends and family as a result.

I would just like to say to the powers to be at Dixons head office , if I had a gold medal I would award it to the team at Redditch branch , I cannot begin to tell how supportive they have been During a difficult time in my life where I battled cervical cancer and selling my home Lisa ,Amanda, and Kate have been there all the way .They have proved time and time again to be the most effective, supportive caring and professional staff I have ever met.
