GoogleAs a Landlord, I cannot praise the team at Dixons Redditch enough! I have dealt with both Sales and Letting recently and have not had one single problem throughout the processes. Amey (Lettings) is amazing! All my properties are fully managed and she keeps me updated on everything regularly. I’ve bought 3 properties within the last 12 months and within 24 hours of marketing the property Amey has had viewings booked and application received, giving me a choice of tenants (with Amey’s advice). I have a really good relationship with Amey, she’s friendly and professional, she’s got to know me well and manages to match the tenant to the property each time. I’ve used another agent in the past and there honestly is no comparison. I’m a stickler for good service and I’m not one for writing reviews but I cannot fault the team at Dixons Redditch!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I am totally disappointed with dixons service i spose to move in property on 1st of april and they start the contract on 17 of april when i moved in the property there was leaking water from walls and they fix that in a week time and i have to call them everyday to please solve this problem there is no water in the property After that when i check the boiler there is no hot water I report that last monday 29th of april still waiting nothing happen I have 3 kids my kids got flu cough and my youngest one is 10 months old he is not feeling well I call them everyday and tell them please i have kids and their reply is waiting for the answer of landlord I am totally disappointed with this service I will never take any property from dixons and will never recommend to any one Totally disappointed with dixons and landlord behavior Before i moved to the property i asked the agent is there any other problems in the property and she said everything is working fine No customer service no response immediately waste of time

We had in mind what we wanted and having a dog made that even harder but she did not dissapoint. She found us our perfect home and we moved in within a matter of weeks and we love it here. Other estate agents in the area did not come close to providing the service I received from Amey and Dixons as a whole, so thank you. I was able to view the property the next day. I was met by Kate who is also friendly and professional. She answered any questions I asked and was back in touch that afternoon as promised. I was offered the property to rent which I accepted. GoogleMy partner and I have had a fantastic experience with Kate and Amey at Dixons, they've been very professional and helpful with the move into a rental property with them.
They've answered any questions asked quickly and also kept in touch with us until the day of picking up the keys. (which was today with Amey)
What's really stood out for us is they do care about their tenants, after the previous property (through a different lettings agents) with a landlord from hell, making our lives miserable with lack of repairs and the lettings agents being no better. They reassured us that the house was for us with an amazing landlady who would make sure we would be in a cared for home with no problems.
Highly recommend Dixons as the place to go for a rental property.

Kate the lettings manager and Amy who moved us in were exceptional right from the first point of contact. Quick to return my calls, organise viewings, give feedback and explain everything in a way that we understood having not rented for a few years. They were friendly, kind, understanding and went above and beyond in every way. If I were ever to have a property I needed to rent out I would have no hesitation to use the team at Dixons in Redditch.
