Highly recommend

Most of the time renting can be a nightmare. I was not looking forward to it at all, especially with how the market is but we lucked out with Fabian big time and from our first call he listened to us and found us a great flat. All the admin was done really quickly and explained really well and we moved in without any problems. I would recommend Fabian and his team if you are looking to rent in the area.

The easiest way to put it - Winkworth are great as what they do . Michael helped get our property listed really quick ! And from there on Robin was brilliant - orgainsed the viewings at our convenience and when we had accepted an offer he kept us updated regularly . We have just exchanged on our house sale using Winkworth as our agent. It was quick and painless to get on the market and it sold very quickly thanks to their hard work and expert approach. Everyone in the team is friendly and professional and they are clearly experienced in their craft. Every communication was quick, honest and helpful - whether that was an email, call or visit - and they were always easy to get hold of and quick to respond. Their approach is clearly contrasted with other agents in the town. They never gave us any lies, waffle or excuses. Nor did they have to, because they just got on and did a tremendous job. I've had the pleasure to rent from Winkworth since February 2020 and I do not like the thought of renting from another Estate Agent. From day one, every query or request I had was always dealt with. We were lucky with the properties we've rented so far and the staff are top notch! Very friendly and approachable, always helpful and going out of their way to make sure the quality is provided to the highest standards. The communication was always there, efficient and on point! As we were preparing to increase the size of our home, we started talking with Jade Warwick and she was really helpful along the way and always on time when viewing properties. The second we found that one house we wanted to call home, it felt like she almost wanted us to have the house as much as we did! Right after we made the decision and picked up the phone Jade was extremely efficient and answered all of our questions about the property and made all the arrangements quickly and kept us in the loop with everything along the way. To this day, easily the best customer service we've ever encountered! Throughout this short period of time of just over a year, we've also had the pleasure to meet James Hathaway who's always been a true gentleman, very approachable and polite and a phone call away if there was ever any need to attend the property for inspections/repairs etc. In our recent hunt for a home, both Jade and James were helping us, along with a few other team members (Aoife, Jessica and Rosie) and the journey was as smooth as it can be. They never solving problems.... 0 respect to tenats they are just nice liars it's 7mothns raining into the room, they check it and said it's only raining inside when the rain is stronger, so I'm still using bowls for water for 7 months. Boiler is broken now they made a appointment and didn't come over. When My girlfriend called them they said you have been contacted and informed that we come on evening... Nobody called us. Now they made appointment after week, so you can live without heating.. olso they just coming to check not to fix it....
