GoogleThanks to Walmsley, the whole experience of house hunting and buying was made relatively easy. I have to say, Walmsley especially Paula helped us a lot every step of the way. When we thought we were stuck and that this sale wouldn't go ahead, she did everything she could to ensure that the sale was completed. Thank you very much Walmsley.

GoogleTotally Amazing and the best by far. Very professional, organised and work very hard to ensure the sale does not fall through- which we learnt is vital. Excellent communication. Our only regret is that we did not choose them earlier. Unfortunately went with other estate agents initially that just ruined valuable time for us. Thank you to the entire team.

GoogleI just viewed the house as a potential tenant and was met by one of the most unpleasant representative who refused to tell me anything about the property because of a minor condition that I viewed the property on my Dad's behalf. I would not suggest this service to anyone.

Dear Pujit We are disappointed to see your negative review regarding your experience with our property viewing. We would like to clarify a few points to ensure that there are no misunderstandings. During the viewing, we provided you with all the necessary information about the property and answered all your questions. However, we were not aware that the property was intended for your parents until you mentioned it during the viewing. As the property was empty we allowed you to Facetime your parents, who were not present at the viewing, so that they could see the property as well. As a company policy, we do not take letting reservations from Facetime viewings due to past experiences where tenants change their mind when they eventually physically view the property. This can result in void periods for our clients, which is an unfair burden for them to bear. We apologise if this policy caused any inconvenience to you or your parents. We were surprised to see your negative review, as you did not express any dissatisfaction during the viewing. We strive to provide the best possible service to our clients and prospective tenants, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations. We would be happy to discuss any concerns you may have further, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you in the future.

GoogleGreat service all around! We purchased a property and rent out our old one through Walmsley this year. We are impressed by the service especially the letting part. Francesca and her team did a great job, not only about the veiwings and detailed checking in/out, but also arranged contractors for the property maintenance. We would highly recommend their services.

GoogleThis is a high quality estate agent with human approach and solid and fast communication back and forward. We have never bought a house before so weren't sure what to do when, but we felt really guided and supported by the team, especially by Paula. We were treated with humility, calmness and sense of humour. We didn't feel pushed into anything at any point. It's a very friendly agent, in comparison to some other 'starched collar' type of salesmen. We felt really cared about. We will definitely use this agent next time we sell and buy.

GoogleI have both leased and bought properties through Walmsley. The sales and letting teams are professional and helpful. I've experienced great communication so would thoroughly recommend using their services. Paula stayed calm, reassuring and always at the other end of the phone to explain updates whilst purchasing our house. Katie and Sam in lettings have been friendly and accommodating whilst arranging viewings - generally making the whole process as stress free as possible. Overall a pleasure to deal with, thanks all!

The team supported and guided me through the sale process. It was a roller coaster at times but Paul and Lauren steered me through it safely and I'm still in one piece at the end of it. This time we used Walmsley to sell the house we bought through them and our experience was just as good: professional and prompt, really good at liaising between us, our buyers, both solicitors and our letting agents (a different agency), so we were always kept informed and had answers to our questions. Paula, who handled our sale, was fantastic. They really know the Caversham market well, I can't recommend them highly enough.
