GoogleWe used Sansome and George for the sale of our parent's house in Tilehurst. We had great service from the beginning to the end. The viewings were well organised and we were kept up to date with feedback and offers. Once we accepted an offer they were excellent at moving things forward and liaison with the buyers. Barbara in the Pangbourne office was first class following through with the buyers, and keeping us informed throughout.

FacebookI don't usually Facebook-like 'brands' or companies etc, but we just interacted with West Reading S&G for our purchase and they were fantastic! They were available for our every phone call and question as we viewed, offered on and purchased our new home. Our vendors allowed us access to the home between exchange and completion and S&G happily attended all the appts we requested at the house to get quotes etc. Very friendly - gave us tips on various contractors too. Lovely getting a call from them announcing completion! Thanks Helyn, and thanks Ollie!!

Having been very disappointed in a competitors services and having been on the market a while I went to sansome and George for help. They were brave enough to be honest with me about pricing and secured me two potential buyers and drove up the price to get me over and above asking. They recommended me a solicitor who I was very pleased with. The transaction was smooth and having been in the industry myself and therefore having high expectations I can honestly say they performed exceptionally. Special mention to Patrick who is helpful, up front and prompt to respond at all times. Rare qualities in an agent believe me! Well done!

GoogleWhat should have been a very quick and trouble free process turned out to be anything but that. But without Barbara it would have I think taken much longer. She went out of her way to help in any way she could and also kept me up to date with any problems and progress. I can’t praise her enough. GoogleI was the executor for a friend who died and had to deal with the sale of his flat. His solicitor put me in touch with Sansome and George. I found the agency to be extremely helpful in dealing with the sale. My friend's flat, to put in mildly, was not in the best of conditions, but nevertheless I believe that Sansome and George achieved the best result possible.

GoogleSansome & George look after a property in Reading for us. Their fees, and their manner of collection are quite different from what we experience with a "premium" agent in Windsor and the quality of service we receive from Sansome & George is exemplary. With any property there are bound to be snags from time to time, but Sansome & George have a way of dealing with them that puts the Windsor experience to shame. No sooner do they explain to us the dimension of a snag, they follow that with proposed solutions. In the past, I have described the operation of the Windsor agent to one of their directors as dealing with the "best of the worst." Samson & George simply put, do a proper job. They keep the tenants happy and they keep us happy, too, and it is hard to see how they could o anything better.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
